Mr. Jaime

Mr. Jaime is a dynamic cellist and passionate educator from Frisco, Texas. As a proud graduate of Heritage High School, he continued his academic and musical training at Texas Christian Universtiy (TCU), earning a Bachelor's degree in Instrumental Music Education. During his time at TCU, he studied under the esteemed cellists Dr. Juliette Herlin, Dr. Jesus Castro-Balbi, and Mr. Alan Steele, principal cellist of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra.

Named a 'Rising Star' by Basically Beethoven, Mr. Jaime's dedication and artistry have earned him recognition throughout his musical journey. His performance career spans churches and concert halls across the United States, Mexio, and most recently in Italy. While studying abroad, Mr. Jaime explored the rich legacy of classical music, culminating in performances of Bach Cello Suites Nos. 1,2,3, and 5in sacred music spaces - including St. Mark's Basilica in Venice.
Beyond the stage, Mr. Jaime is equally committed to the art of conducting and the power of music education. Since pre-college years, he took part in various conducting workshops across the country, always seeking to deepen his emotive range. One of his most formative experiences was conducting the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra during the Fort Worth Symphony Conducting Workshop with maestro Miguel Harth-Bedoya - a moment that solidified his artistic path and lifelong commitment to the synthesization of music and art into education.

With a solid academic foundation, extensive international performance experience, and a profound connection to conducting and education, Mr. Jaime continues to inspire through his work both as a performer and an educator.
